This year for Thanksgiving Jared and I met up with a few friends to share our gratitude with one another as well as our delicious dishes.
This is the WAY to go! We had such a variety of foods with about 90% of the dishes being Paleo. For those who think that you are missing out on taste and variety when going Paleo, I am here to testify that you couldn't be more wrong. Not only was it absolutely DELICIOUS, but we both agreed that we felt sooooo much better than the usual post-Thanksgiving, carbohydrate induced coma, followed by remorse.
Surprisingly, one of my favorites was the Paleo Stuffing. I am a big fan of stuffing. The paleo version WOWed my socks off.
Another favorite of mine were the bacon wrapped dates with an almond filled center. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
We also enjoyed Paleo Pumpkin Pie, drizzled with a blended mixture of frozen bananas, coconut milk, and a dab of honey.

The list could go on and on...but as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words... Check it out for your self....Here is a snapshot of our Thanksgiving Feast:
