Southern Pines 16 Miler (Mucho Hills!!)

We celebrated the 4th of July this year by driving down to Southern Pines for a bike ride in horse country.  It was hot, it was hilly, but it was beautiful.  Then we treated ourselves to Mellow Mushroom pizza;  it was cheesy, it was hot, it was not paleo, but it was delicious!
